Hand wash the headband, bonnet, and scrunchies in cold water with mild soap, then air dry. Avoid the dryer and hot iron, as these can damage the satin. Occasional gentle washing will keep the fabric smooth and beautiful for a long time.

For well-defined curls, keep the headband on overnight, for about 6 to 8 hours, on almost dry hair. If you're in a hurry, 2 to 3 hours on slightly damp hair will already create a nice wave. The drier your hair is when you remove it, the longer the curl will last.
