We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada. Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 7 to 15 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to contact us and return an unused item in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, bonnets and hair accessories will only be accepted for return if they are intact and have never been used. We will issue a refund once the package is received and inspected.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card number.

Hand wash the headband, bonnet, and scrunchies in cold water with mild soap, then air dry. Avoid using a dryer and hot iron, as these can damage satin. Gentle washing from time to time will keep the fabric smooth and beautiful for a long time.

For well-defined curls, keep the headband in all night, approximately 6 to 8 hours on almost dry hair. If you're in a hurry, 2 to 3 hours on slightly damp hair will already give a nice wave. The drier your hair is when you unroll it, the longer the curl will last.
